Loyalty System

The Loyalty Card System works according to the calendar year.

From the 1st of January until the 31th of December.

To start, just let our barista know you want to register and then you receive a code via email. All you have to do then is show us your code before you pay so we can scan your code and give you a discount. When you reach the next loyalty level through your purchases, you will receive a physical prepaid card and an even greater discount.  There are different loyalty levels that you can reach.

To be upgraded at the beginning of a new calendar year, you have to be at the top of your Level and reach a turnover of 700 dt per year to upgrade automatically to the next level.

 

 

It starts with Beginners, they get a 5% discount on just Beverage and food.

This is a great start for all Customers who would like to become a regular and to receive a great discount on their purchase.

White VIP with a 10% discount on everything:  you will receive this automatically if you are in the top 10 of the beginners Level.

Black VIP with 15% discount on everything: you will receive this automatically if you are in the top 8 of the white Level.

Silver VIP with 20% Discount on everything: you will receive this automatically if you are in the top 6 of the Black Level.

Gold VIP with 25% Discount on everything: you will receive this automatically if you are in the top 5 of the Silver Level.

Platinum VIP with 30% Discount on everything: you will receive this automatically if you are in the top 3 of the gold Level. this Level is the last one.

All the upgrades will happen in every first week of the new year.
